Order testing you want privately and confidentially.    Results ordered by you are sent to you and only you.

 Oak Park Service center at Building 2 Suite 4, 2501 E. 13th in Hays, KS. and is open 7 AM to noon and 1PM to 3PM Monday thru Thursday and7AM -noon on Fridays.. Located at 2501 E 13th Street in Building 2, Suite 4 of the Oak Park Medical Complex.

We use a regional lab partner - Affiliated Medical Services (AMS)  for testing we cannot perform locally. Labs send reports to us via the web so we can get results to you quickly.

Price quotes will be given to you before we draw your blood.

We will quote you a price for the tests you want, either on site or over the phone. We will give you the prices in writing before we draw your blood if you just ask us for prices. We know how expensive testing can get, and we want you to price check us and our competitors. We normally can save you 50% to 70% on commonly ordered tests.
